*Job Description as follows:* Title: Pega Architect CLSA Locations: Hartford, CT; Rancho Cordova, CA Positions: 3 Rate: $DOE/hr on C2C all inc *Job summary: * *Pega architect for a large program.* *The ideal candidate will have a certified Pega CLSA certification*, project experience as architect in Pega and should be able thought leadership to fellow team members, leads Scrum team activities, provides high level technical architecture and drives design and build of business applications and supporting functions based upon identified business requirements and use cases. *Responsibilities:* Manage the team of Pega SA and SSA throughout the project lifecycle and executing using Pega based delivery methodology – Accountable for high quality deliverables across all phases of the project Provide Technical Leadership to the project – Leads the technical team in gathering and understanding requirements, and use cases Helps to coordinate and facilitate the technical aspects of the solution Architect technical solution and lead the technical team in elaboration and construction activities Responsible for solution architecture, enterprise class structure, design and development of the Pega application Insures adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails as well as the original design principles Direct and oversee technical teams in Development of the designed solution, including breaking user stories into technical tasks and assigning them across team members, managing their delivery and schedule, and coordinating associated program activities with Business and QA teams First point of escalation for any technical issue around the application being developed Create roadmap for the project delivery, forecast and manage resource requirement and responsible for the delivery of the Pega application *Required Qualifications:* 10-15 years of IT experience with 7+ years minimum in Pega Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Experience with various deployment mechanism of Pega and ability to lead Pega architecture/ design teams Ability to drive Pega technology architecture by working across business units/ projects Good understanding of best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding Excellent Client facing skills, excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage deliverables in an onsite/offshore model -- --- Thanks and Regards, Yuvi, HCL Global Systems, Ph: 248-473-0720*165 Email: as...@hclglobal.com <y...@hclglobal.com> *YIM: yuvi.recruiter* *Gtalk: dyugandhar.60* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
