*Technical Lead’s responsibilities may include:*
· Taking the Solution Architect’s design and overseeing the
execution of the design
· Providing input to the TPM on tasks, statuses, issues, and risks
· Collaborates with TPM on the needs of the project so they can
both work to ensure project tasks are completed
· Overseeing the application technical developers to make sure
1. They are tracking on time
2. Help resolve issues that they cannot resolve
3. Ensuring standards and processes are being followed
· Continuously scanning the progress of the project to make sure
nothing is “falling through the cracks”
· Setting up adhoc meetings with technical team
· Excellent leadership and people skills
Must have lots of experience working with applications that have multiple
interfaces
