*Position : Salesforce Business Analyst with E-Commerce Exp. * *Location : **Tarrytown, NY * *Duration : 12+ Months (Can go Long Term) Interview : Phone then Face to Face* *Travel: *Infrequent but as needed (approx. 3-4 times/year 2-5 business days each time) Job Description · The Business Analyst is the primary owner responsible to improve, run and maintain our North American SalesForce CRM and E-Commerce applications. · This individual serves as a business resource and a key member of the business team that acts as the liaison between users/stakeholders and the information technology group. · As part of this team the Sr. Business Analyst will insure that these systems are operating effectively and meet the needs of its users. · This individual is also responsible for analyzing usage, feedback, issues and requests for change. The Business Analyst will processes change requests through the proper IT Driven change methodology. Job Responsibilities: · Works with both in-house and contracted resources to drive day-to-day operational activities for both SalesForce CRM and E-Commerce · Engages with both business and IT resources as needed to obtain feedback and decisions to effectively manage and administer both systems · Develops and reviews scripts/instructions for system support resources · Continually analyzing what support and administrative tasks can best be performed by other resources and supporting the transition to those resources · Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for SalesForce CRM and E-Commerce · As SME for these applications responds to all external user queries and needs · Supports the continuous improvements of both systems via utilization of the appropriate change management process (E.g. Agile, other process as directed by IT, content change process as directed by Marketing) · Supports the agile development methodology by participating in the backlog management and review, user story creation, engaging subject matter experts and user acceptance testing. · Analyses and synthesizes information provided by a large number of people who interact with the business, such as customers, staff, IT professionals, and executives. · Evaluates and makes recommendations to improve systems and system operations so usage can be increased · Evaluates and make recommendations to improve systems and process so systems can be used more effectively to reduce cost, increase efficiently and improve customer satisfaction · Analyzes usage and other KPIs and make recommendations to meet or exceed them · Provides internal and partner training and demonstrations · Presents system modifications or proposed modifications to business users as appropriate · Delivers change management communications and messaging to the business community Job Requirement • Have 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in support of software development • Have 3+ years' experience with agile software development methodologies • Must Have 2+ years' experience in administering SalesForce CRM • Must have e-Commerce experience • Hold a Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or other related field • Have the skills needed to elicit and effectively document business requirements • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data • Be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio • Have advanced proficiency in MS-Excel • Be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision • Be able to handle unforeseen difficulties and get things done through others • Have strong communications, training and presentation skills with the ability to appropriately tailor the message to the size and nature of the audience • Have a strong business acumen The keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation in a manner that is likely to led to a good outcome • Possess the ability to document Best Practices and monitor compliance • Be flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs • Be able to effectively train or demonstrate system capabilities to both internal and external users Preferred skills and experience (Nice to have): · Experience in working with a support desk and ticketing tools to create and track change requests · Experience in using JIRA as part of change management process Regards , Gaurav Dhingra Technical Recruiter VSG Business Solutions Email: *[email protected]* <[email protected]> Phone: 302-261-3207 x 118 “ Visa Status Provider agrees if it misrepresents the visa status of any of its personal assigned or company discovers any discrepancy pertaining to represented visa status of any personal and his/her actual visa status then company at its sole discretion may down the rate per hour and may seek further damages as available under the existing law. *“* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
