*Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst* *Location: Salem, OR* *Type of hire: 6-12+ months Contract* *Interview Mode: Telephonic and Skype* *Require a Senior Systems Analyst to perform the following: *Analyze and document the current Multifamily workflow using MS Office and MS Visio. Working with the software vendor, analyze the MultiFamily functionality of the HDS software. Perform a GAP analysis between the MultiFamily workflows and the MultiFamily capabilities of the HDS software resulting in a document explaining the gaps. The GAP analysis should match up the MultiFamily business processes with the capabilities of the HDS software, revealing processes that are not a natural fit for the software and make recommendations for working around the identified, “Gaps”. The HDS system is comprised of a desktop application with a SQL Server database on the back-end. There is also a web interface for external interaction with agency partners. The Senior Systems Analyst is expected to work with OHCS Staff and the vendor of the software as needed to learn the new system well enough to perform the GAP analysis.
