Role : Business Analyst Location : Cambridge, MA Interview : Phone/Skype Time : 7+ Months Business Analyst – Contract Life cycle Management Primary Responsibilities • Work with *Contract Life cycle Management (CLM)* system users & stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and business process flows. • Work with both IT and business partners to develop business process improvements. • Assist our business partners in developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies. • Contribute to and work to agreed-upon plan and provide weekly status updates on progress towards deliverables and milestones. • Assist in the development and execution of test scripts and align traceability. This includes both System and User Acceptance testing cycles. • Manage across multiple business functions to gather required information and drive consensus where required. • Understand and remediate risks and escalate issues to leadership for engagement and resolution. • Assess the impact and effort of interfaces, data conversions and connections. • Participate in assessing key priorities and needs for an effective contract management system. Skills/Experience • Strong business requirements and *process mapping* skills and experience. Prior experience with *data management and cleansing projects* • Strong test planning, execution and triage coordination • Prior experience with implementing *Vendor SAAS solutions * • Strong *SDLC*, good software development practices experience and skills • Excellent facilitation, collaboration and verbal and written communication skills • Prior experience with *Contract Lifecycle Management* systems a plus • Prior work in Life Sciences a plus.
