Ability to quickly analyze requirements & provide accurate level of effort estimates & firmly commit to negotiated delivery dates. Strong SQL Strong testing skills Strong analytical & problem solving (JCL/SQL error handling and debugging) skills Comfortable receiving instructions from team lead developers Ability to work proactively and independently Ability to work off-hours and weekends when necessary Excellent verbal and written communications skills Demonstrated experience within the healthcare insurance industry and knowledge of claims/enrollment data is a plus.
