*Title: Project Manager*

*Need :  Worcestor, MA*

*Duration : 8 months*





Job requirements/experience includes:



Coordinate, plan, and organize development and implementation activities
for the enterprise wide, web enabled and legacy business systems.
Experience with Application maintenance managing baseline initiatives.
Identify and track project risks and issues. Keep business sponsors and
management advised of project status. Experience with managing  matrixed
team in different locations. *Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance
domain is preferred.*



Other responsibilities/requirements include:



   - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and
   stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
   - Liaison between development team, IT management and customer/client
   - Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and
   other stakeholders.
   - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
   - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate
   tools.
   - Track project milestones and deliverables.
   - Organize, conduct/facilitate and manage daily, weekly, monthly
   meetings etc., with stakeholders/partners and IT management.
   - Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations to
   assess and communicate project progress and metrics
   - Assure the attainment of high quality results as scheduled and within
   budget
   - Present at conferences, meetings, and organizational information
   sessions regarding the program.
   - Assist with budget issues, develop purchase order requests, and assist
   in working with partners to establish the *MOAs and MOUs. *
   - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks
   and devise contingency/mitigation plans.
   - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and
   stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.



Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both
independently and as a team is essential.

It is also important to be flexible and willing to shift priorities when
the demand calls for it.

Problem solving skills and flexibility are essential, as well as being able
to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, i.e., customer,
upper-management and other departments
