They will need to analyze core platform data and identify gaps between the current and future state of project. Need the ability to create detailed design of the IA reference architecture. Need the ability to validate business/functional/technical assumptions. Assist WellPoint to architect various WellPoint systems in order to achieve optimal levels of maintainability, performance and scalability. Develop system interface specifications or mapping documents based on canonical models. Creation of Integration process using standard interface components Define the logical architecture for projects Develop plan on how integration will work Create a detailed design of the IA reference architecture Escalate issues and change management as required*** Data Architect Level 4 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Designs and builds relational databases. Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area. 8-10+ years of experience. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
