Position: SAP Benefits Consultant/Configurer with Public Sector or K-12 exp
Location: Miami, FL Duration: 12 months Best rate: ALAP Must be able to attend in-person interview at own expenses if requested by the client!! Description ERP Configurer (Benefits). Need candidates ASAP. This will close fast. Length 1 year. Location Miami, FL. Responsibilities a.. Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirements and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP b.. Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible c.. Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business requirements and document all configuration d.. Execute and develop Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing scripts e.. Define User Authorization profiles and security roles f.. Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team g.. Write functional specifications for development objects h.. Write and/or assist in development of BPPs and other training material i.. Coordinate interface testing with existing legacy systems and third party vendors j.. Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation k.. Report delays and risks to team leads l.. Assist in identifying data to be cleansed m.. Adhere to ERP PMO project standards n.. Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures o.. Build solutions in SAP Benefits according to M-DCPS business requirements Qualifications a.. SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience b.. Minimum of four years SAP HR/Benefits configuration experience c.. Experience with SAP Concurrent Employment required d.. Experience with K-12 or other Public Sector required e.. Ability to design and configure CE Benefits Workbench f.. Strong Experience with integration of SAP Benefits to SAP Payroll g.. Understanding of Benefits related Payroll schema/rules h.. Experience in working with Employee Self Service as it relates to Benefits i.. Experience with implementing SAP COBRA functionality j.. Functional experience with Benefits User Exits k.. Experience with the design and reporting of public sector retirement plans l.. Ability and experience with writing detailed functional and technical specifications m.. ABAP skills a plus n.. Additional skills in other SAP Modules a plus o..
