Position: SAP Payroll Consultant/ Configurer with Public Sector or K-12 exp
Location: Miami, FL Duration: 12 months Best rate: ALAP Must be able to attend in-person interview at own expenses if requested by the client!! Description ERP Configurer (Payroll). Need candidates ASAP. This will close fast. Length 1 year. Location Miami, FL. Responsibilities a.. Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirements and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP b.. Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible c.. Develop design validation session presentation material d.. Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business requirements and document all configuration e.. Execute and develop Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing scripts f.. Define User Authorization profiles and security roles g.. Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team h.. Write functional specifications for development objects i.. Write and/or assist in development of BPPs and other training material j.. Coordinate testing of payroll development objects including interface testing with existing legacy systems and third party vendors k.. Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation l.. Report delays and risks to team leads m.. Assist in identifying data to be cleansed n.. Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures o.. Build solutions in Payroll according to M-DCPS business requirements Qualifications a.. SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience b.. Minimum of four years SAP HR/Payroll configuration experience c.. Experience with SAP Concurrent Employment required d.. Experience with K-12 or other Public Sector implementation required e.. Able to configure SAP Payroll tables for Gross Payroll, Net Payroll, Third-Party Remittance, and Payroll Posting f.. Experience in writing payroll schema rules and reconciling tax data g.. Experience with BSI, configuring Tax Reporter, and reconciling tax data h.. Strong experience in designing integrated Payroll processes (Workers Compensation, Military Leave, and Overpayments etc.) esp. in CE environment i.. Experience with off-cycle process design and configuring Off-Cycle Workbench j.. Experience with deduction configuration and processing esp. Benefits integration, Garnishments, and Savings Bonds k.. Experience with SAP Third-Party Remittance and integration with SAP FI l.. Experience with designing and configuring payroll forms esp. in CE environment m.. Experience with payroll payment configuration n.. Strong ability and experience with writing detailed payroll functional and technical specifications o..
