The ideal candidate will also have an interest in performing UI design functions utilizing CSS/HTML, JQuery and JavaScript. Solutran developers work closely with product managers, business analysts and management; this provides the right person an opportunity to not only build applications, but also have direct input into product development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop web applications using ASP.NET/MVC.NET (C#) - Develop user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery - Participate in application and database design - Participate in Agile/SCRUM development process - Software testing/debugging - Off-hours support as needed - Other duties may be assigned *PRIMARY PLATFORMS / TECHNOLOGIES USED* - ASP.Net, MVC.NET, C# - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery - Microsoft SQL Server - Redhat Linux - Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 2003/2008 Server) - Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Access) *INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS* - Internal customers (client employees) 90% - Outside service providers (5%) - External customers (5%) *QUALIFICATIONS* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
