Write functional and technical specs; develop program code, and move to production. Will work with vendor during analysis, development, testing and implementation phases. The project is to implement a 3rd party web site for Government Relations, the work request is to create a single Shell People file to be transferred to the 3rd party on a frequent basis Medium complexity; work with security and data privacy, production change approvals; work with third party; highly visible within the business. HR Business Analyst and Developer with 2-3 years experience with Shell People System. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Shell People development expertise - knowledge of US HR implementation; knowledge of development and implementation processes including revtrac procedures; previous authorizations and access to SP test and production systems.* *Shell People functional expertise - knowledge of the US data model. Previous Shell experience is required up the level of familiarity with development environment and production change management.
