Expeirence with narrowcast server * Participate in requirements gathering and design for ongoing development projects. * Partner with data model team to determine the best possible design based on the environment. * Implement application solutions with full consideration of infrastructure capability and limitation, operating time and efficiency, supportability and desired business results. * Adjust to optimize existing system design and procedures to solve new problems in a dynamic business environment. * Ability to lead the team depending upon the requirements of the project. * Stay up-to-date on the ongoing technology enhancements within Business Intelligence space, database and hardware environments. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Business Administration or equivalent experience required. * 5+ years HANDS-ON development experience with MicroStrategy products (version 8.0 or above) including MicroStrategy Development and Administration, (report development, installation, configuration, project design and implementation). * Comprehensive knowledge in the MicroStrategy tool suite (I- Server, Architect, Desktop, Web, Narrowcast, OLAP Services and Report Services). * Experience with Dashboarding is required.
