Hi, This is my direct client opening for an Oracle Production support Coordinator - Somerset, NJ. This is a 6 Months contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Oracle Production support Environment – Techno Managerial Role 8-10 years experience working in Oracle Production Support environment. Worked on large environment / Database Well versed with Offshore / Onsite Model Soft Skills Working with offshore team on daily basis and monitor / co-ordinate the work. Update and track Issues / Delays between offshore and onsite. Work out the mitigation plan. Monitor work with on more frequent basis. Need to understand Customer expectation / deliver the same with offshore support Very good Documentation and reporting skills.
