Please let me know your interest. *Job Title: VMware Engineer/ Admin* *Location: Marlborough, MA* *Duration: 12+ Months* *High Level Comm Skills required* *Must Haves: * Someone who has advanced in-depth experience with design, configuration, implementation and administration of VMware vSphere virtualization technologies in a *HP blade server environment*. Experience with HP Virtual Connect hardware is desired. *Major Duties/ Responsibilities:* · Provides medium to high complexity Infrastructure support activities including off-shift support. · Completes Infrastructure Engineering and Administration maintenance tasks and analyzes process for improvement. · Performs medium to high complexity Infrastructure changes and implementations. · Analyzes potential changes and enhancements to system software and databases to determine impact on existing production systems, system design standards and operating procedures. · Works as a member of a project team on Business projects. May lead teams on smaller projects. · Provides direction and guidance to more junior associates. · Performs other duties as assigned. · Recommends process improvements · Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience installing and building Infrastructure and providing operational support. Specific Infrastructure experience with the latest technology *Skills/Knowledge:* · Proficient in configuring highly-secure systems. · Requires in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure Hardware and Software Technologies and best practices · Advanced within Infrastructure Technology Discipline-Wintel (Unix, Linux Mainframe, Virtual technologies, IT tools and other relevant technologies are a plus) · Strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customers · Advanced in incident and change management principles and best practices If you are interested, please send me your updated resume with your contact number.
