A. Install/coordinate installation and configure Websphere Portal v5 and v6 on UNIX Platforms, upgrades, patches and fixes as required by project deadlines. B. Build out WebSphere Portal Golden Topology with Oracle as its backend database and WAS v6 and v7 as the WebSphere Portal base. C. Assist project teams with design of WebSphere Portal solutions to meet business requirements. D. Assist in development and implementation of application roll-outs and upgrades where WebSphere Portal is affected. E. Assist developers and application support staff in testing and troubleshooting application code that uses WebSphere Portal. F. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. G. Follow IBM recommended Best Practices for WebSphere Portal installs and be able to document changes and procedures as needed for the building out WebSphere Portal environments from Development to Production. II.
