Designs, documents, tests, and modifies current and new mobile software development applications; reviews requirements documents and helps to develop solutions in order to meet these requirements. This candidate contributes to the effort in creating specifications and designs for development projects as well as contributes to specific assignments. This candidate is responsible for staying up-to-date with current mobile technologies and providing regular updates and recommendations to the team lead. *PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsibilities include the design and development of iOS (iPhone/iPad) applications in both Objective-C and AngularJS. Candidate will have the opportunity to design and develop new applications and be responsible for all phases of the development life cycle in a fast paced agile environment. 1.Contributes effectively as a member of the team; takes ownership of individual assignments and projects with moderate oversight. 2.Develops, codes and unit tests software solutions. 3.Responsible for accurately reporting daily project status at Agile Scrum meetings 4.Responsible for documenting all project work in issue tracking system 5.Updates issue tracking system when gaps in code and documentation are discovered 6.Updates issue tracking system with all new requests from team members or stake holders 7.Works with project lead and internal stakeholders to formulate sprint backlog 8.Contributes to software design documents and produces supporting prototypes 9.Works on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizes tasks accordingly 10.Provides third tier support when required. 11.Functions as task, project, or team leader when assigned; represents the organization on project teams and may perform technical project leadership roles while fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across work groups. 12. Provides input for Software Development budgeting and scheduling. 13. Performs related duties as assigned. 14.
