I am looking for a senior WebSphere Architect for a position that is 100% REMOTE!! This is more in the INFRASTRUCTURE side of projects. The best candidate would be a SME with WebSphere and be able to provide best practices. Top Three Skills: 1)Websphere Architecture Design experience at enterprise level 2)Websphere installation, maintenance management, administration of WebSphere (can be all versions) 3)Gap analysis of Websphere environment- they are running multiple versions of WebSphere on different platforms, they need someone to review their environment see if they are using Websphere the proper way, they don't have release management set up, and see if they have proper settings set up in environment and if not make recommendations.
