The position is also responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing efficient technical solutions to enhance Value of Blue, with a strong focus towards architecturally correct solutions of high availability of data. Also supports strategic vision to meet current and future Corporate initiatives as relates to Database Administration and tuning. This position manages resources overseeing the data configuration of all application systems, including their logical and physical data models. * REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field is required or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in database modeling and working with database administrators is required. Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience is required. Must have knowledge in Project Management Methodologies and SDLC methodology. Experience with various data stores like SQL, DB2 and Netezza. Proficient with Visio, Data Stage, and Data modeling tools like Erwin. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills required.
