PLEASE only send your BEST consultants. Job Description is below. Rate is $45/hr.* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Seeking a SAS Programmer/Systems Analyst in Washington, DC. Products include data warehouses, statistical engines, desktop and PDA applications, and more than 100 Web sites for federal, state and private agencies. Leverages its programming and statistical expertise to develop technology that helps improve the way organizations collect, analyze, and report on their data. ** *Responsibilities:* Construct, manipulate large-scale, complex datasets using SAS. Produce aggregate data sets, analyses & reports. Interact w/ Project Managers for reporting requirements to translate into SAS code. Develop, document, QC & maintain SAS Programs. Work independently and resolve issues in a fast paced environment. *Qualifications:* · Bachelor Math, Statistics, Comp. Sci., Systems Engineering or related + 5 yrs relevant exp. or Master in Math, Statistics, Comp. Sci., Systems Engineering or related + 2 yrs relevant exp. or any suitable combination of education, training or experience. · Strong communication skills. · 2 yrs of experience in SAS base and SAS Macros. · Expertise in manipulating, merging and cleaning data using SAS. · Experience using PROC SQL or any SQL implementation. · Knowledge of C# or Java is a plus.
