*Principle and Senior DevOps Engineer:*

They break down the vision communicated by the Principle Engineer and get
the solutions realized

   - Responsible for Maintenance and Enhancements of the Automated
   Functional & Performance Test Suites
   - Responsible for Maintenance and Enhancements of the Technical
   Interface (i.e. API) Test Suites
   - Maintenance / Enhancement of the QA framework and tool ecosystem
   - Support developers in the Maintenance and Enhancement of the Unit Test
   Suites
   - Support developers in code defect remediation
   - Responsible for the QA aspects of the Continuous Deployment Pipeline
   - Validate results generated by Test Automation Suites
   - Guide / Train others in systematic test case creation and automation
   - Responsible for deployments and maintenance tasks in QA environments
   - Responsible for manual (e.g. exploratory) testing
   - Escalate issues / Risks associated with the project to manager, if any

*We are looking for someone with a diverse background*

Hands on knowledge of Development, QA and Operations

*MUST*

   - Strong communication skills
   - Advanced Coding experience in at least two of the following languages:
   Java, Scala, JavaScript, .net
   - Good understanding of Concepts of Databases, Programming Languages and
   Web Technologies
   - Good understanding of concepts DevOps, Agile
   - Extensive hands on experience with TDD, Continuous Integration
   - Extensive hands on experience in operation and maintenance of
   environments
   - Extensive hands on Test Automation Coding experience for Unit, API or
   Functional Tests
   - Hands on experience in building applications with either Maven, Grunt,
   Gulp, MSBuild, ANT
   - Hands on experience in agile teams in the roles developer or QA
   - Hands on experience of automation tools (Infrastructure, Test, Build)
   - Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of Linux/Windows

*SHOULD*

   - Sound Understanding of concepts like: Quality Gates, Continuous
   Deployment, Release Pipelines
   - Good understanding of concepts of Quality Assurance (i.e. Quality vs.
   Testing, Test Levels / Scope, Black/White Box)
   - Coding experience in every of the following: Java, Scala, JavaScript,
   .net, Python
   - Hands on experience in agile teams in the roles development lead or QA
   lead
   - Hands on experience of Behavior Driven Development, Pair
   Programming/Testing
   - Hands on user and project lead experience for JIRA, Confluence
   -

*CAN*

   - Being an open source contributor/committer would be an asset
   - Git, STASH
