Help each business group to evaluate impacts in areas such as reporting, operational procedures, client communication and audit requirements. Document system configuration changes required to support the specific requirements of the business group. Develop training documentation and help deliver system training. Key experience, knowledge and skills will include: Experience of supporting the deployment of mission-critical, large-scale system(s). Great communication skills, as this person will be interviewing business staff, writing, passing-on information to the technical staff, and training staff.
