Take a look at existing Vmware clusters and utilization and suggest improvements 2. Take a look at capacity and monitoring tools and suggest improvement. 3. Take a look at current production cluster and provide custom ( delta specific) recommendation to have optimal utilization and performance 4. Suggest improvements in storage and network interfaces. 5. He should be able to fine tune Vmware as a host operating system for catering to heterogeneous clients.
