*Position Description:*



Candidate should be certified in SCRUM.   Experience with SAFe (Scaled
Agile Framework) is a plus.   Experience with Enterprise financial data
analytics/BI projects, is a plus.   Candidates who have experienced an
Enterprise agile transformation and who understand the drive and energy
required to move teams forward is a benefit.



*Essential Job Functions:*



•              Organize and facilitate planning and coordination ceremonies
including release / PSI planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups,
iteration review/demos, and retrospectives.

•               Hold team accountable to tenants of the agile SDLC and
their internal working agreements including use of appropriate tools,
standards and best practices

•               Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of
collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility

•               Assist the team in tracking and communicating team progress
and metrics

•               Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and
creativity

•               Support and empower the team to make appropriate
commitments through story selection and task definition

•               Empower the team to self-organize around achieving their
commitments

•               Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that
interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments

•               Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve
through intentional and data driven inspect and adapt cycles
(retrospectives)

•               Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best
practices where appropriate

*Requirements:*



•             Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and
experience

•             Must have 3+ years Scrum Master experience in a large scale
enterprise

•             Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) constructs

•             Excellent team player and team builder

•             Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic
and time sensitive work environment

•             Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work
collaboratively with diverse personality types

•             Ability to understand technical issues at a high level

•             Thorough understanding of agile software development
methodologies, values, and procedures

•             Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time
management skills

•             Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential

•             Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in
proposing solutions to complex problems

•             Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high
attention to detail



*Bonus Skills:*



•             Agile certification preferred or willingness to attain.

•             Experience in other roles in an agile environment (product
owner, development, BA, PM, QA, etc.).
