*Position : Sr. QA Automation Engineer Location : St. Louis, MO* *Duration : 12+ Months Interview mode : Phone / Skype * *GC , USC Only* * Job Description* · We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance professional to lead the QA activities for project teams involved with Data Ingestion. · The candidate will have a proven track record of leading the quality aspects of enterprise level data ingestion and transformation using testing strategies, implementation of automation and integration with continuous deployment to support data migration initiatives. · The Quality Assurance will be involved with designing, developing and implementing short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. · The candidate will often be involved in modifying or adapting existing designs. · This position will also be responsible for reviewing IT requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. *Job Responsibilities* • Develop comprehensive testing roadmap and strategy for execution • Conduct QA reviews and audits across multiple delivery teams for completeness and correctness • Coordinate Test Data and Test Environment management across multiple delivery teams • Lead and manage the execution of QA Automation strategy • Develop Test effort estimation, Test Strategies, Test Plans for QA on agile projects • Conduct quality control tests in order to ensure full compliance with specified standards and end user requirements • Executes tests using established plans and scripts, documents problems in an issues log and retests to ensure problems are resolved • Creates test files to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow • Identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance effectiveness of QA strategies • Able to partner with geographically dispersed resources (employee and Globally Sourced Partners) • Ability to collaborate and communicate with developers, system analysts as well as business team members • Coordinate Performance testing and User Acceptance Testing • Provide strong leadership to uphold quality and timeliness of dependencies • Be a strong partner with Business counterparts to ensure Business intent is represented in QA assets • Be a change agent for quality; drive better quality, not just better testing • Provide regular status updates to management and follow approved escalation paths • In depth understanding of testing approaches as it relates to iterative development using Agile • Ability to grasp new technologies and changing trends & apply in day to day work *Job Requirement* • Experience of testing applications involving technologies like Angular JS, web services, JSON • 3-5 years of experience with C#, Selenium • Experience in validating the ingestion, transformation and ultimate loading of data into a data repository • Experience with designing and executing automated acceptance tests written in a behavior-driven development (BDD) style preferably using Gherkin and Specflow • Experience with testing in one or more of the following areas: business intelligence, data migration, ETL and data ingestion systems • Experience with delivering comprehensive test strategies within a Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment • Experience with evaluating home grown tools for potential utilization or optimization across projects and the organization Regards , Ankit Prasad Technical Recruiter VSG Business Solutions Email ID : anki...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <bha...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com> Phone: 302-261-3207 x 101 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
