*Position: Data Architect With Oracle Exp.* *Location: Milwaukee, WI* *Duration: 6+ Months * *Interview: Phone/Skype* *Position Description: * The Reporting & Analytics Solution Architect is responsible for leading the enterprise wide architecture, design and development needs for the reporting, analysis & visualization of data from the global BBP application. This position also will be responsible for the functional (not administrative) supervision of Low Cost Country (LCC) designers/developers during the execution phase of reporting, analysis & visualization activities of BBP project work. Coordinates application testing and performance monitoring activities with other IT teams to ensure continued access, availability and performance of the BBP application to the global user base. Develops the technical competencies and capabilities needed to establish and support the enterprise-wide reporting, analytic & visualization needs of the BBP Application. Mentors the low cost country support staff in resolving complex support tickets. Responsible for interacting with various infrastructure teams (database, server, network) to ensure up-time and performance of the application. Provides consulting and acts as an Internal Subject Matter Expert during major application upgrades and infrastructure changes. Supports and educates customers (e.g global BBP/CI professionals) regarding the KPI information available in BBP, and the various methods available for consuming it. Provide Tier 3 end user support when needed. *Must Have:* 1) Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in complex business intelligence environments, with a focus on data integration architecture & design. 2) Expertise with SQL Server and Oracle databases, SAP Business Objects and experience with delivering reporting & analytic solutions in a Sharepoint/2013/Microsoft BI environment 3) Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and collaboration as well as Strong written & verbal communications skills. 4) Ability to work well in a fast paced global work environment and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
