and Problem Manager working to mature company processes.
*Experience/Skills:*
- Working knowledge of Service Now platform at an Administrator level
- ITIL Foundations v3.0 certification
- Policy creation/implementation experience in an Agile & ITIL
Technology environment
- High-level communication skills both written and oral
- Experience in organizations with mature Change, Problem, Release and
- Incident Management
- Practical experience in designing and implementing a Service Mapping
capable CMDB
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and direction - must be able to
work in white space
