*Title:- Senior .Net Engineer* *Location:-Jersey City, NJ* *Duration 6 months contract* *Mode:-Phone/ F2F* * The senior .Net Engineer is responsible for the overall quality of the system architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of IT Business application solutions. Primary Skills* *Must have DATA CONVERSION AND STRONG XML EXPERIENCE* *Primary Duties: * · *Participates in defining and guidance of development coding standards* · *Ensures that the application solutions developed satisfy the business and technical requirements and standard testing procedures have been followed* · *Assists in enhancing existing business processes, creating new ones* · *Develops, debugs, tests and deploys new and existing applications* · *Documents system components* · *Interfaces with internal and external technical staff to define application solutions and resolve problems as needed* · *Communicates with product owner to resolve issues or questions as needed* · *Collaborates with business and technical experts to ensure solutions align with and support the company's strategic plan* · *Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies* · *Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, business users, and co-workers* · *Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists* · *Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram* *Education and Experience: * · *Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university preferred* · *Minimum 5 years of web application development experience and/or training (ASP.net, 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks); or an equivalent combination education and experience* · *Minimum 4 years of application development using C# in 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks* · *Minimum 4 years’ experience with SQL and/or PL/SQL* · *Minimum 3 years’ experience with JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax* · *Knowledge of object-oriented programming and code reuse.* · *Experience working with outside sources of data.* · *Thorough Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT and XSD.* · *Experience working with SOAP/Web Services.* *Additional Skills and accomplishments (nice to have)* · *MCP in any combination of .NET web programming and SQL server is extremely desirable.* · *Team Foundation Server* · *AGILE development experience* · *Experience with Insurance processing* *Rohit Bhasin |* Module lead Recruiter | Apetan Consulting LLC Tel: 201-620-9700* |121| Fax:2015266869 | *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306| *Corp.
