The mortgage business objective is to implement work flow automation and imaging tool to facilitate the collection, capture, storage and retrieval of all sorts of mortgage loan related documents, DVD’s, CD formats. Solution should include but not be limited to email messages and MS word text or excel spread sheets and forms throughout the various stages of a loan's life cycle in a central warehouse. The solution should also provide an indexing method for the purpose of improving processing efficiency and customer service by reducing turnaround time for the collection and retrieval of documents, and eliminating or minimizing the storage of hardcopy documents in support of the corporate "green" strategy. The immediate scope is to implement an Imaging solution workflow solution for CCB and Mortgage Line of Business. Currently CCB does NOT have an imaging system. Mortgage Servicing and Default divisions currently use MSP suite of products which belong to LPS. There are several instances of IBM Filenet in different divisions under CapOne. It is undecided whether Mortgage will go with LPS or use IBM Filenet. When you talk with a candidate you might want to refrain from using the word LPS and say whether he has any experience with MSP suite of products and IBM Filenet P8 platform. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ #3 BUSINESS ANALYST: Nihaki Systems is currently searching for a Business Analyst with Mortgage industry experience for one of our largest clients in Plano, Texas. Candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running and be able to interview the business units and thoroughly document their requirements. Experience should be within the Mortgage industry and can include both Infrastructure and SDLC projects.
