Primary Skill Requirement: * Project Life Cycle Methodologies, Project Management *Project Description:* This position will lead and drive strategic program deployments for the Rational solutions to ensure that we have the right solution to meet the needs of the client's development efforts. This role will be key in architecting the right solution for 1-2 programs to ensure that we drive value to these programs in the deployment of these solutions and to mentor these programs on the adoption of the solution. They will partner to ensure effective adoption of the solution. As a foundation, they will have *core knowledge and experience (6+ years of hands-on experience) with at least 3 of these solutions: Rational ClearQuest, Rational RequisitePro, Rational Application Developer, Rational Software Architect, Rational Quality Manager.** * Assist in implementation and/or conversion projects. Interface with management, training and documentation with the primary responsibility to support the customers. Manage all aspects of in the installation process through project management. *Skills:* •10+ years experience in the development and/or implementation of complex business oriented computer systems. •Comprehensive experience with on-line processing systems. •Supervisory skills and previous experience mandatory. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all personnel levels, both written and verbal. •Must be a self-starter. •Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to choose priorities required. It is also imperative that the communication skills and personal leadership skills be excellent as they will be the key focal point on tooling adoption.
