*Interview: Phone and in person * Job responsibilities: Participate in all Scrum planning and grooming activities. Define acceptance criteria for all user stories. Perform all functional testing activities and assist in performance, security and other testing as required. Provide support to the End Users to complete UAT testing activities. Execute all test case suites using real world end-user business processes. Develop SQL queries to identify, select and develop test data as well as database verification testing. Identify and document defects. Manage defects from defect discovery to resolution. UAT testing experience required. Required Skills: Experience in the Agile/Scrum methodology and must have experience working in an Agile project environment. Agile tool experience (Rally is strongly preferred) Good experience with SQL and relational databases, test data set up, etc. Experience with MS Visio, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong client facing skills and strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven analytical and problem solving abilities. Good time management and attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment. Experience with System Integration Testing, Regression Testing and Data Modeling.
