Only EAD GC/ Green Card OR Citizen Candidates !!* *Job Description*: • Daily support on SAP APO • Features - Continuously identify opportunities to improve the utilization of the system and proactively recommend enhancement to process/system features. • Transactional SME - Subject matter expert who understands allocation processes, order management impact to allocations, systematic transactions & controls in APO. • UAT - support and conduct user acceptance testing of new features and existing enhancements. • Communications/Status Reporting of tool and reporting related issues. Act as liaison between technical support teams as end users. • Create and maintain related standard operating process documentation. Generate Reporting for cross-teams.
