*Title: Business Analyst II* *Location: Radnor, PA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Interview: Phone and F2F* *No H1B* *Job Description: * AGILE Experience is a MUST Content Management System experience is a plus · 4-6 years’ experience. · Provide direction for defining the digital experience for complex enterprise projects, across web and mobile channels. · Advise and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements and validate business solutions that will meet and exceed company needs, goals and objectives. Enhance organizational initiatives by influencing and supporting change management. · Align and support change management with enterprise initiatives for projects that impact digital channels. · Develop functional requirement specifications, create detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications. · Gather and document complex business requirements in support of various SLDC methodologies, using Scrum and Waterfall. · Apply Unified Modeling Language (“UML”) using Use Case, Interaction, Activity and Class Diagrams. · Define metrics and analytics (KPIs). Perform root cause analysis to assess and recommend solutions and alternatives. · Leverage Agile Scrum methodology to elicit requirements to bring Minimum Viable Product (“MVP”) features to market and create user stories and manage Product and Sprint Backlogs. · Create and execute test scripts and develop acceptance criteria for User Acceptance Testing. *Additional Job Requirements: * · The identified candidate will be working in a POD and so must have a good personality, excellent communication skills, and good collaboration skill. · Experience in the Financial industry and Agile experience is the key!
