Design and develop new processes, update current processes and workflows in simple terms. The objective to complete all IAM processes end to end within the given timeline. Processes include: Identity and Account Management lifecycle events, Application Lifecycle Role Mining & Definition, User Access Change Events, User On-boarding, Risk Reporting, Terminations, Transfers, Recertification. * *Required Skills * *• 8+ years of Technical writing experience * *• Understanding of technical processes * *• Ability to write high-quality documentation in a clear and concise format * *• Create Swim lane diagrams * *• Create process flow diagrams * *• Create supporting documents that explain the diagrams * *• Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals.* *• Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand by a layperson * *• Outstanding documentation skills * *• Outstanding written communication skills * *• Excellent command of MS Office products including MS-Visio * *• Able to produce within aggressive timelines * *• RACI chart development * *Preferred skills * *• Information Security technology background * *• Financial Industry & Regulatory Background Knowledge * *• Interpersonal, Self-motivated and Strong communication skills * *• Detail oriented, outstanding organization and presentation skill * *• Able to work in a team environment as a productive and supportive team player * *• Ability produce results in a timely manner* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
