This is very HOT SPOT Business Analyst pharmaceutical client located in Montvale, NJ. To be consider candidates MUST possess very strong communication skills and will be responsible to effectively communicate with users and managers of all levels. This is a three plus month assignment that is slated to start the second week of January 2010 This position requires the ability to leverage business process acumen combined with functional requirements and design expertise to drive into business systems to analyze and document business processes and requirements. Responsibilities: · Gather and document business and functional requirements. · Develop high-quality, detailed functional design documents. · Transition the functional designs to the technical team and ensure proper implementation of the functional requirements. · Develop detailed test conditions and test scripts. · Execute system test including the coordination of integration testing. · *Assist with the development of training documentation for the field sales force. Previous experience in this area is key * Skills: · Superior verbal and written communication skills. · *Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical sales processes.* · Basic Project management Skills. · BA or BS degree in Business, Computers or related field desirable. · Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to analyze data and make solid business decisions and recommendations. · Knowledge of Pharmaceutical sales data (i.e. IMS, DDD) a plus.
