Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. 3. Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions, maintenance (including production support), etc. 4. Develops and implements solutions coordinating applications across the NC Crime Lab Units and Financial Services 5. Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a MSCRM development platform, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on this platforms 6.
