Title : SAP Business Analyst Location : Florham Park, NJ Duration : 5 Months Contract Minimum Requirements: Successful candidates will have qualifications including at least one to three years of experience and demonstrated knowledge in one or more SAP processes *(master vendor or customer data processes, customer service work, accounts payable department, procurement, central stores and/or inventory management) as well as a positive can-do attitude and outlook.* Description: Organize and maintain a group-consistent database reference for assigned Procurement Managers. Ensure that negotiated prices are entered into SAP Agreements. Provide support in market analysis and report generation. In the absence of the Procurement Manager, provide support in resolving routine supply chain issues. Contributing knowledge of SAP Procurement Systems, in addition to aligned Functional Process expertise: CBIS Order Inquiry/Imports, Standard Purchase Order Processing, Regulatory Block Queue, Product Tariff/Duty Calculations, Vendor Billing History, and Search Vendor Database. Stay abreast of current Service and Functional organizational/process information, as it aligns with Procurement. Ensure compliance with GR Global Procurement Guidelines as well as corporate Policies and Procedures. Coach internal and external business unit partners in support of data integrity and procurement process improvements. Regularly attend and be a participant in cross-department meetings.
