• SR (10 + YRS OF EXPERIENCE) • Responsible for all aspects of a process ownership including identifying process improvements, designing new processes, developing performance measures, executing existing processes, and identifying the transition plan for the new and existing process(es) • Identifies and performs process analysis functions, documents and executes existing processes, performs gap analysis between current and desired state, makes recommendations, performs and leads new process design • Performs the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology or change management • Establishes process-related policies, standards, governance and methodologies to enable the business to seamlessly adopt a process culture • Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes—dissecting problems and suggesting solutions • Quantifies specific cost savings opportunities from instituting process changes; lead team efforts for analytical reviews • Uses maturity models to effectively execute the plans and roadmaps to drive maturity within the business • Responsible for the continuous monitoring and stability of existing operational processes. • Uses data from resolution issues and experience to update and increase quality or performance of existing processes • Performs the creation of process-initiative documentation in accordance with established standards • Communicates day-to-day decisions, priorities and relevant process-initiative information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and initiatives. • Translates process requirements into cohesive collection of processes, negotiates requirement agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between process owner and IT from initial requirements to final implementation • Performs continuous review to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions, and works with Business Analysts on suggesting integration of technology for new and existing processes if appropriate • Serves as functional process owner for some business process departments, resident expert of process(es) • Serves as functional integration owner for some business process departments and processes • Performs integration testing work to insure new functionality does not adversely affect existing functionality • Executes the testing process to ensure process changes function as expected and meet the business need • Defines and creates any proposed process enhancement changes • Defines the requirements, as well as plan, define and validate project scope for process change • Executes process requirements, negotiates requirement agreements and commitments by facilitating communications between process owner and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. • CMMI, COBIT, ISO Experience, 6 Sigma – Green Belt preferred • Proficient in MS Office tools • 10+ years total experience • Strong knowledge of Data Management Techniques • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a process area to resolve problems on an ongoing business basis • Has a high level of understanding of the organization’s business systems and processes as well as industry-wide requirements • Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements Best Regards, Mohammed Taher US IT Recruiter Direct: 703 349 4237 USM Business Systems Chantilly, VA 20151, USA. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
