This position performs required customization & configuration requested for SAP Finance area modules (FI, CO, FSCD), in addition to providing unit testing and coordinating user acceptance with various business departments requesting system changes/enhancements. In addition, this position analyzes designs, maintains and documents existing and new applications to ensure system stability and performance. Provides support of the production SAP application and business processes and helps resolve user problems. Participation on special large-scale project teams is also required. *RESPONSIBILITIES* § Controls functional SAP production support activities. § Maintains and controls the system service levels from a functional and business standpoint for both production users and special development teams. § Monitors and escalates problem investigation and resolution as necessary. § Coordinates and administers project and system documentation for new and modified system components. § Ensures required quality assurance documentation is produced and maintained. § Contributes to test strategy and related activities. § Assists in developing configuration standards including new and modified program design. § Assists in performing prototyping and testing. § Ensures application documentation is correct and complete. § Creates functional requirements, application design and blueprinting documentation.
