Fulfill ad-hoc report requests for the supported business streams as required. Test improvements and changes to current functionalities. Investigate issues and propose solutions, with root cause analysis. Clearly communicate both orally and in writing, business/technology concepts. *Other Duties: * Keep up to date with relevant industry/trade and technical developments. Project planning, administration, and control to meet business cost, time, and quality objectives Perform analysis and assist in the design, testing, and implementation of newly defined and modifications to existing QM functionalities. Support training programs, with creation of documentation and delivery of training sessions.
