*Position: Business Analyst(Medicaid/ HealthCare)* *Location: Charleston, MA* *Interview: Phone and Face to face(Locals Only)* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Required Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience; • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a business analyst or product manager/owner; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Innovation, flexibility, and creativity and a demonstrated ability to work among multiple constituencies and complex environments; • Ability to travel to off-site locations (reliable transportation required). *Preferred Qualifications:* • Knowledge of Excel and SQL Server Management Studio; • Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Studio and SQL Server Integration Studio; • Familiarity with wire framing tools; • Experience working in agile/scrum environment; • Experience in Medicaid Services/Billing. * Job Responsibilities:* • Participate extensively in the needs assessment and system requirement process for the development and implementation of business applications via group or individual interviewing; • Translate business needs into actionable, detailed, user and system requirements, including acceptance criteria that can be accomplished by the scrum team and deliver the most value to customers; • Design wireframes and mockups to provide visual aids for both business buy-in and team direction; • Communicate with all appropriate parties to ensure that the product's objectives, scope, and expected deliverables for each project phase are understood and parties are aligned; • Direct and manage the on-going project within the scrum environment to ensure that quality, delivery, and time-management goals are met; • Prioritize roadmap with product owner and manage system issues and enhancements from call-tracking system alongside new development work, including integrations with other applications; • Responsible for all aspects of the program development cycle from project definition through system implementation. Coordinate release planning, including user acceptance testing, with business stakeholders; • Perform other duties as required.
