The Worker will be responsible for developing and maintaining a project plan to transition over about 80 remote locations; working with team members to ensure on-time delivery of the project tasks and deliverables; ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues, including resolution of resource conflicts; developing and implementing a communication plan, including end users to executive management; developing and implementing a risk management plan, including mitigation strategies as appropriate; tracking and communicating project status to key stakeholders; and other project management tasks. II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum Requirements:* Years Skills/Experience 8 Project Management experience. 4 Experience managing large, complex infrastructure in a Telecommunications project 4 Experience in identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risk. 4 Skill in creating, maintaining, and communicating project work plans, schedules, budgets, and other project deliverables. 4 Skill in tracking and communicating project status with cross-functional work teams. 4 Skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems and issues on projects. 4 Skill in consulting and communicating with key stakeholders regarding requirements and to resolve resource issues. 4 Knowledge of industry-standard project management terms, tools, and techniques.
