Position #1 : Title : SAP Payroll Support Role Location : Saint Louis, Mo Duration : 6 month project Job Description: This position will support the US based payroll system. This includes working closely with end users to troubleshoot and solve issues in a timely manner. It also includes making enhancements to the existing system as needed. The candidate should have 4+ years experience maintaining SAP payroll systems. Knowledge of the Kronos software package is a plus This includes knowledge and experience as follows: . Familiar with the SAP payroll process from time evaluation to final postings. . Experience working directly with end users to troubleshoot issues. . They should have good people and communication skills. . Experience creating and maintain payroll rules and schemas . Troubleshooting data entry errors (deduction amount was entered incorrectly) . Setting up new payroll companies . Creating new payment codes requested by Payroll. . Knowledge and experience with BSI tax software. . SAP patch/upgrade testing and support . Creating ad hoc and payroll reconciliation reports . Create additional payroll deductions and map to 3rd party vendors. . Change SAP calendars for Redwood. . Change unemployment rates in BSI . Configure new hourly rates and annual pay increases . Experience with configuration of 401K Pre-Tax and Roth 401K plans. . Experience with the integration between the benefits and payroll modules. . Experience creating function specs ABAP development. Position #2 : Title : SAP Functional Analyst (Production, Logistics & Quality) Location : Saint Louis, MO Duration : 6 month project Responsibilities: Long-term SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in PP-PI, QM and TSW. This person will interface with Business Owners, Technical Teams, and System Users to deliver high quality and accurate business solutions. Responsibilities will include creation of functional specifications, reviewing technical specifications, and testing enhancements delivered by Technical/Development teams. This position will serve as a key resource for day to day and on-going SAP related activities including configuration and support of the SAP PP, QM and TSW modules. Project work involves acting as the key contact with the business users to develop additional/custom QM functionality to enhance existing functionalities by articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions. Job Requirements: . Candidates should have a Bachelor (or a more advanced) Degree (preferably in an Engineering discipline) . Candidates must have 5+ years experience in SAP ECC 6.0: PP-PI, QM. And SD/TSW. . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment . Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills .
