Need Local to St. Cloud, MN In-Person Required Sr. QA Analyst with Banking or Financial Experience St. Cloud, MN 6 Months This Requirement is very Hot and need local to MN Job Description This contractor Sr. QA Analyst position will assist with planning test activities and execution of the test strategy for a major datacenter migration. This person is expected to work well with general direction and complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight from the program/project leadership team. The position will be located in St. Cloud with some travel possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Work collaboratively with team members throughout the organization to obtain information needed to produce deliverables 2. Responsible for collecting available test cases for regression and system testing and creation of new test cases where none exist. 3. Involved in creating either independently or collaboratively, a strategy to complete all testing of the project. 4. Responsible for executing tests in accordance with the test strategy. 5. Required to perform database tests of objects and data using SQL 6. Responsible for updating Quality Center and keeping testing status current. Skills and Other Requirements 1. At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT on multiple platforms, operating systems, and software 2. Minimum 5 years experience as a QA Analyst 3. Knowledge of general IT tools, processes and systems used in the Financial Services or Banking industry 4. Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field 5. Proficiency with various Technical tools including SQL, Quality Center 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other business/financial applications 7. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required 8. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with technical, non-technical and executive personnel orally and in writing 9. Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work with minimal supervision 10. Strong customer service orientation 11.
