They are responsible for facilitating, planning, and coordinating all IT resources. They will assist in analyzing all aspects of the upgrade project and assure compliance with standard project planning guidelines while maintaining alignment with IT objectives and corporate priorities. They advise IT Management of over/under allocated staff, missed target dates, potential risks and/or budgetary concerns.
