*Term: Long Term* *SOW Functional Requirements:* · Incident Resolution and Management o 2nd and 3rd level Incident Support o Diagnostics and corrective actions o CTO, Implementation and 3rd Party engagement and coordination o Vulnerability Management o Physical Break fix · Post Incident and Problem Management o Provide Post Mortems o Provide timely incident reporting to CS Governance and SMT o Create and maintain the known errors and resolutions registry to reduce repair times o Track, update and close action items o Provide statistical data pertaining to short term incidents and chronic network security problems · Change Management – Maintain the integrity of the production Network Security environment o Weekly peer technical and procedural review of all changes submitted to the regional networking team. o Maintain change log and provide updates to GCAB and account SMT o Perform complex and nonstandard changes · Optimization – Deliver best of class service o Design Assurance - conduct thorough review of proposed solutions against global standards, ensure that proposal is engineered to fit client needs, accounts for all levels of resiliency and allows for growth. o Proactive Maintenance - periodic review of Network Security infrastructure to ensure compliance with global standards with the premise of identifying and resolving problems before an issue occurs. o Operational Technical Compliance - ensure installed devices are OS and boilerplate compliant. · Proactive and reactive analysis including remediation of performance issues · Track remediation progress or causes for delay · Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for major incidents based on the 24x7 on-call schedule *Qualifications and Required Skills:* · Strong knowledge of Internetworking theory and Network Security practical applications · Working knowledge of Network Management Systems · Strong working knowledge of various diagnostic tools including Sniffer or similar. · IP routing: BGP, VRRP/HSRP/GLBP, GRE, IPSec, OSPF, PIM, QoS · Cisco switch and router hardware/software: IOS, CatOS, Nexus, 6500, 7200, 7600, 4900, 3900, 3800, 2900 · Juniper Firewalls: Netscreen 208, 5200, ISG 1000/2000, SSG series, SRX series · F5 Load Balancing: LTM, GTM · Proxies: Blue Coat, Cisco CCE · McAfee Web Gateway (formerly WebWasher) · Knowledge of Multicast networks, including market data distribution network -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
