Requirement Title : Siebel Marketing Sr. Engineer 

Location : Miramar, FL 

Duration : 6+ Months

Description:

Fix, enhance, and maintain Siebel Marketing & Analytics applications and 
develop new applications for projects. 

Provide daily support for Siebel, Informatica, Oracle

Required skills/competencies: 

. Subject matter expertise in computer science, engineering or related 
discipline
. 5+ years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel 
configuration and scripting
. Able to formulate, communicate and implement technical solutions
. Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model
. Understanding of relational database concepts, strong SQL and PL/SQL 
knowledge, working knowledge of UNIX Shell Scripting
. Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: EIM, EAI, 
Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Email functionality, System Administration
. Previous work with Marketing & Analytics modules in Siebel version 7 and 
higher
. Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and gap-analysis 
. Strong technical foundation including structured programming, and structured 
system analysis and design methods
. Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems
. Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers
. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. May lead or direct 
the work of others
. Demonstrate a degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem solving 
skills
. Strong with methodologies, tools, best practices and processes within 
specific area of responsibility
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Please Note: All consultants we submit will need to be on our W2 (if selected 
for the position). In order to facilitate this we propose the following to you: 

We will temporarily 'hire' your employees on to our payroll (just for the 
duration of the assignment). We will pay you, our partners, the difference in 
the agreed upon 'Corp to Corp' rate and the fully loaded W2 salary of the 
consultant. At the end of the assignment - We will release the consultant back 
to you.
