Ideally this person would have architected and built high volume, zero latency, real-time front office trading applications. On the business side, the person would have implemented front office trading applications that dealt with trade order management and routing, FIX connectivity protocols, real time prices, exchanges/venues, DMA, etc. The resumes should have these key words in the summary resume.
