End date: December 31, 2016 *THOSE LOCAL TO MN OR WI/EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.* *Position Summary* The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of tests within the framework of a structured test methodology. The candidate will understand and apply a full life cycle approach to testing to include the responsibility for documenting, and tracking to closure, all anomalies detected. *Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities* *This position will provide the following as a member of a project team:* - Perform, with limited supervision, test activities throughout the development life cycle in compliance with the test methodology as a core member of a Project Team. To include but not limited to: - During planning, assist the Test Analyst or Test Designer with the development of the project test plan - During the requirement reviews, work with project Business Analysts (BA) to ensure the documented requirements are un-ambiguous and testable - Develop and execute tests that are defined and repeatable, as well as traceable to the requirements - Provide input and make recommendations when determining test environments and test-bed configurations that are required during the test execution phase. - Clearly document all activities associated with the test effort, including status reports and identifying, logging, and tracking to closure, discrepancies found throughout the project. - Continuously look for and suggest process improvement to ensure a quality product is produced. *Position Qualifications* - Basic PC and Mainframe skills - 0 – 3 years structured testing experience, preferably within a Large IT organization *Competencies* *-Good verbal and written communication skills* - Strong initiative; able to work on own and get results - Team player to work collaboratively with others - Conflict management skills *-Strong financial/insurance product knowledge preferred* Skill set needed in order to do this work (include any or all of the following): Required skills: Strong quality assurance background, experience testing integrations, strong written and verbal communication skills Specific technical skills: Salesforce system experience Knowledge or experience needed: Experience testing in Agile like environment Thanks & Regards, Rani Adari Tech Tammina 203 Elden Street Herndon, VA-20170 Call: 703-880-4992 Fax: 703-991-5532 [email protected] www.tammina.com GTalk:raniadarii *An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
