This is a Cognos Administration position on server side (not report development). Linux Admin and OS, Application Integration. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills, Solid technical background with a solution-based approach, excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing skills, Customer focused with a strong commitment to managing timelines. Demonstrable skills at handling multiple high-visible projects. Understand Service Levels and meeting or exceeding on a Monthly basis. Understanding components of Application Integration for quick resolution. Managing input queue of Service Requests within Target Date.
